Job Summary:

The Houseperson will be responsible for cleaning all public areas, assisting room attendants, responding to guest calls. The goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality high touch housekeeping service for each guest's stay.

SHIFT IS

Saturday and Sunday 9-4pm

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Clean common areas, including lobby, dining area, public restrooms, hallways, back-office spaces and any other spaces as neededIdentifies minor maintenance issues throughout the hotel, notifying the supervisor when appropriateFulfills guest requests made to front desk staff, including but not limited to toiletries and linen deliveriesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel floors, storage closets, and corridors, including removing trash, wiping down shelves/counters, sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors; and removing non-floor closet items and storing in appropriate areasRespond to special requests, guest complaints, and the delivery of housekeeping/room supplies to achieve complete guest satisfactionDeliver lost and found items to the supervisor and/or according to established hotel proceduresMay regularly assist with quarterly "deep cleaning" projectsMaintains outside trash receptacles around the exterior of the hotel and take all trash to the main dumpsterPerforms other related duties as assigned by

Education and Experience:

Sufficient education and literacy are needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needsAbility to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English preferred

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain on your feet for the majority of the shift.

Must be able to access and navigate the facility without assistance.

Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.

Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
