Montana Luxury Escapes is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner who takes pride in their work to help care for our luxury vacation homes. Our guests expect exceptionally clean, beautifully prepared homes. We're looking for someone who notices the little things, works thoroughly, and consistently delivers a high standard of cleanliness.

Responsibilities :

Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. Dust furniture, baseboards, fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas. Vacuum and mop floors, including under furniture. Wash linens, make beds neatly, and arrange towels. Restock guest supplies and follow property-specific checklists. Report damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items. Check each home before leaving to ensure it is ready for arrival.

Ideal candidates will have:

Excellent attention to detail and pride in a job well done. Dependability, punctuality, and strong communication. Reliable transportation to properties in the Whitefish area. The ability to work independently and follow instructions. Availability for scheduled turnovers, including weekends. Previous housekeeping or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred.
