OVERNIGHT ATTENDANT/HOUSEKEEPER

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Overnight Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team! This position works 7:00pm-7:00am, Sunday and Monday. Cambridge Village of Apex is an Independent Living Apartment Community serving the 55+ population. This position would perform housekeeping in community areas, reception and light security duties. Cambridge Village is a secure, private community serving only its residents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer telephone. Assist residents, family members and guests with inquiries. First responder for emergency call system and fire alarm and takes appropriate action. Enters maintenance requests into work order tracking system. Performs general housekeeping duties throughout the community. Other duties as assigned.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette. Proficient in use of personal computer to include e-mail and internet.
