Job Summary We are seeking a sub contractor or employee, dynamic and detail-oriented Home Cleaning Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional residential cleaning services that ensure our clients' homes are spotless, sanitized, and comfortable. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitization across various areas of clients' homes. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces to promote a healthy living environment. Provide specialized floor care including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and managing other flooring needs to keep surfaces pristine. Offer excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with each visit. Assist with additional household chores such as organizing spaces or preparing light meals if required, demonstrating versatility and attentiveness. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles Proof of insurance and bondage Proof of DBA Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Familiarity with laundry processes and basic household chores like cooking or organizing is a plus. Reliable transportation to travel between client locations; punctuality is essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
