About Us Gigi's Cleaning Services is a small, growing residential cleaning company serving Lincolnton, Mount Holly, Denver, Charlotte, Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and surrounding areas. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who enjoy cleaning, take pride in their work, and want to grow with our company. Experience is a plus, but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic. Our team meets each morning in Mount Holly, NC 28120 before traveling together to our clients' homes. Schedule Monday through Friday Normal meeting time: 8:00 AM Occasional early start: 7:00 AM (includes an extra $14 early start bonus ) Most days end between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM If a job goes past 5:00 PM , you'll be paid $14 per hour for all time worked after 5:00 PM. No nights and most weekends are off. Pay Weekly pay Paid per house ($30-$90 per house depending on the size and difficulty) Additional $14 for any scheduled 7:00 AM start $14/hour after 5:00 PM if a job takes longer than expected Performance bonuses Attendance rewards Opportunities to grow into Lead Cleaner or Trainer positions What You'll Do Clean residential homes following our company checklist Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Make beds and straighten living spaces Work efficiently as part of a team Treat every client's home with care and respect Help provide an outstanding experience for every customer What We're Looking For Reliable transportation to our meeting location in Mount Holly Dependable with excellent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Able to work on your feet throughout the day Able to lift up to 30 pounds Able to work well with a team Cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right person.
