Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail in cleaning and organizing guest rooms and common areas. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of hotel. Strip linens from rooms. Keep Hallways free of clutter. Ensure all linens are changed and replaced according to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for handling chemicals and cleaning supplies safely. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina; must be able to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly.
