Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role is crucial in upholding our standards of cleanliness and hygiene, particularly in commercial spaces. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as necessary. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
