We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo in Fargo, ND. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in providing our guests with a clean and comfortable environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and changing bed linens Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and restocking amenities Ensuring all guest rooms are cleaned to company standards in a timely manner Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to meet guest expectations Adhering to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment Weekends required: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts are mandatory for this position. We are looking for individuals who are able to commit to weekend hours.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently and independently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment Weekends required: In addition to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, occasional weekend flexibility may be needed based on hotel occupancy and scheduling needs.
