Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team for part time hours. We will need 1-2 days a week with more hours potentially available during busy season(s). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and customer service, with an emphasis on thorough cleaning practices. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Conduct floor care activities such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employer and guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning procedures. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with janitorial practices and custodial experience is a plus. Experience in hotel housekeeping is advantageous but not required. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
