Housekeeping Attendant, Full-Time

Hanover Hill Health Care Center is now interviewing for a Full-Time Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team. This department is essential in creating and maintaining a comfortable, safe and clean environment throughout our upscale, 124 bed long-term care and skilled nursing facility located on a beautiful campus in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Job Requirements:

Hours include M-F / Every other weekend / 7:30am-4pm Must possess and maintain a customer service oriented attitude with personnel, residents, family members, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and to accept constructive criticism Must be flexible in receiving work duties during work hours

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day housekeeping duties and functions as needed Assure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas Assure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary, safe, comfortable and attractive manner Assure that established infection control and universal precautions are maintained at all times Coordinate isolation procedures with nursing services Perform assigned tasks in accordance with established environmental services procedures We offer a full benefits package for eligible employees.
