Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing routine janitorial tasks. Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to deliver consistent quality and hygiene standards. Use commercial cleaning equipment effectively, ensuring all tools are maintained in excellent condition for optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
