Overview We are seeking a professional and reliable Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare services, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and infection control. This role primarily focuses on corrective skincare treatments, with additional offerings including waxing, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination, and brow staining/tinting. Duties Provide customized skincare treatments with an emphasis on corrective skincare services. Perform waxing, lash lifts/tints, brow lamination, and brow stain/tint services. Deliver exceptional customer service by educating clients on skincare routines and recommending suitable products and treatments. Rebook clients for future appointments to ensure continued skincare progress and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with sanitation protocols and infection control standards. Stay informed about industry best practices through ongoing education opportunities. Build and maintain a pre-existing client base while fostering new client relationships. Work scheduled days including Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, with optional Saturdays; hours are from 10 am to 6 pm. Must carry and maintain individual professional liability insurance throughout employment for extra coverage. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician is required. Proven experience in providing esthetician services, including corrective skincare treatments. Experience with waxing, lash lifts/tints, brow lamination, and staining/tinting is preferred but not mandatory; training is available for these services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively. Knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control procedures relevant to esthetician work environments. Reliable, professional demeanor with the ability to recommend skincare regimens confidently and rebook clients consistently.
