Hotel Housekeeping - Room Attendant - Seasonal

Desert Sand Resort is hiring housekeepers/room attendants to work for the 2026 season. Desert Sand Resort is a family-friendly resort nestled just a block away from Avalon's pristine beach. The season runs from late April to mid October. We can be flexible with your start/end date.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

include but are not limited to: Clean and service assigned rooms and/or common areas according to established Company standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash/rubbish, and other cleaning and service duties. Some guest rooms may include cleaning of kitchenette area, room refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, dishware, etc. Remove and report any food, drinks and/or alcohol items left behind by guests who have vacated the guest room Ensure all furniture is in the proper place at all times unless specifically requested by guests Notify supervisor/management when guest room services are complete so rooms may be sold or occupied by new guests Report any room that is unable to be cleaned or serviced to your supervisor/management according to established Company procedures Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to work a variety of days, including nights, weekends and holidays Must be reliable Exceptional customer services skills Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control Experience is a plus but not required Please submit resumes through Indeed. No phone calls please.
