As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience—delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming.
Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards. Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities). Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace. Update room status and complete required reports. Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures. Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift. Reliable, organized, and safety-focused. Basic communication and guest service skills. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
