This is primarily a

RESIDENTIAL HOUSE CLEANING

position. This is NOT a janitorial, custodial, or nighttime commercial cleaning position. Our cleaners travel between customers' homes throughout the day. You must have your own reliable and insured vehicle and be comfortable driving between appointments. No professional house-cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training! Schedule Monday through Friday Approximately 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Full-time and part-time opportunities No weekends required unless you choose to be available Must have consistent weekday availability Because our customers are scheduled throughout the day, dependability, punctuality, and reliable transportation are essential. Pay & TrainingDuring Training $15.00 per hour Paid hands-on training Training earnings may be up to approximately $400 per week , depending on hours worked We teach you the Mrs. Clean cleaning system, procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations After Training Once you successfully complete training and are approved to complete your own jobs, you transition to our Pay-for-Performance compensation system. What You'll Do As a Residential House Cleaner, you will: Travel to customers' homes according to your daily schedule Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and perform detailed cleaning Follow Mrs. Clean's professional cleaning system and procedures Work independently and occasionally as part of a team Provide friendly and professional customer service Maintain high quality and attention to detail Properly use and care for company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment Keep equipment clean and ready for use Use a two-step ladder for safely reachable areas What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Dependable and punctual Motivated and willing to work Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Friendly and professional Able to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures Comfortable driving between customers' homes Looking for consistent Monday-Friday work Interested in learning and growing with a company Experience is not required.
