Housekeeping Room Attendant

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Hilton Garden Inn , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Minimum Qualifications:

Must be over age 18 Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a criminal records background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness Ensure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good condition Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
