Job Description
We hired a great candidate and now need a second team member! Sierra Blanca Cabins | Ruidoso, NM | Part-Time | $19-20/hr | W-2 Sierra Blanca Cabins is a short-term rental portfolio of 8 cabins plus a mountaintop property in Ruidoso. We're looking for a dependable, physically capable local to join our small team. What you'll do: Strip cabins after guest checkout and transport linens to our laundry facility less than one mile away Deliver fresh bedding and restocked totes back to each cabin (side by side) Clean gas grills and a Blackstone after checkouts Keep trash cans cleaned / pet items stocked Fill and transport propane tanks Clean a one or two-bedroom cabin occasionally Clean/sweep porches and walkways - prep deck prior to each check-in Handle odd jobs/errands and light property maintenance as needed What this job actually looks like: This is outdoor (all weather), physical work. You'll be stripping cabins, hauling totes and new bedding, pushing a wagon on a slope, sweeping porches, cleaning grills, etc. — mostly on your own, managing a checklist without someone looking over your shoulder. The schedule follows the guest calendar — Sundays are heaviest, with weekday checkouts throughout. Hours vary 15-20/week, with peak weeks hitting the high end if not surpassing.
