JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Count Room Attendant. As a Count Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in accurately counting, verifying, and recording cash, coin, gaming chips, and tickets from gaming operations. You will ensure compliance with Gaming Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures. This position requires individuals who are 21 years or older and can meet the necessary requirements for drug testing, background checks, and Gaming Control registration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Age requirement: Must be 21 years or older.

Pre-employment testing:

Successful completion of a pre-employment hair and urine drug test is mandatory.

Background check:

Must pass a thorough background check.

Availability:

Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.

Gaming Control registration:

Successful completion of the Gaming Control registration process is required. Ability to work in a confined area: Comfortable working in a confined space for extended periods.

Basic computer skills:

Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry.

Manual dexterity:

Demonstrates manual dexterity in hands and fingers for accurate counting and handling of currency and chips.

Physical capability:

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push or pull up to 1000 lbs when handling heavy containers or equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Counting, verifying, and recording: Accurately count, verify, and record cash, coin, gaming chips, and tickets from gaming operations in accordance with Gaming Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures.

Bagging and tagging:

Count, roll, and tag bags for fills, and remove currency acceptor boxes from assigned slot machines.

Slot machine operations:

Remove coin buckets from assigned slot drop cabinets, and weigh, count, wrap, and record slot drop.

Table game operations:

Sort, count, and record contents of table game drop boxes.

Coin transfer:

Transfer coins from the hard count room to the coin storage room.

Money handling:

Utilize previous money handling experience to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Previous experience with money handling is preferred, as it provides a solid foundation for this role.
