Job summary:
We are hiring at least 2 experienced cleaners to work as independent contractors. You will clean homes [and small commercial spaces, if applicable] to a high standard, on time, and in a way that makes clients want to book again.Responsibilities:
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other spaces according to each client's scope of work Complete each job within the scheduled time frame while maintaining quality. Handle stubborn stains and unexpected messes efficiently and professionally. Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and with our team Arrive on time and leave every property clean, neat, and secure.Requirements:
Prior professional cleaning experience:- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation to get to job sites
- Documentation to work in our service area
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and customer service skills
- Nice to have Experience with deep cleaning or move-in / move-out cleaning
- Professional references from past clients or employers Compensation and terms
Pay:
[$20 per hour / $35 per job] Independent contractor (1099) position. Contractors supply their own tools and transportation and are responsible for their own taxes.
