Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial facilities, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain floor care routines including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to preserve flooring quality and appearance Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Prior experience in custodial work, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety procedures in cleaning environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Experience with laundry processes and basic housekeeper management is a plus Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance
