Job Responsibilities As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces Dusting and wiping surfaces Vacuuming carpets and rugs Sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces Emptying trash Cleaning sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and countertops Making beds and tidying rooms Cleaning baseboards, doors, door frames, and other detailed areas Cleaning appliances and other areas according to the client's service Performing deep-cleaning tasks when scheduled Following company cleaning checklists and standards Protecting clients' belongings and property Reporting damage, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions to management Maintaining client privacy and confidentiality Providing professional and respectful customer service Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment organized and properly maintained What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Extremely detail-oriented Hardworking and motivated Trustworthy and honest Professional and respectful Comfortable working independently Able to follow detailed instructions and cleaning checklists Comfortable working inside clients' homes Physically able to perform cleaning duties throughout the workday Able to bend, kneel, reach, lift, and stand for extended periods Able to communicate professionally with clients and management Has reliable transportation to and from client homes Previous residential or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required Our Ideal Team Member We're looking for someone who doesn't just "do the job." Someone who sees a dusty baseboard, fingerprints on a door, or something that needs a little extra attention—and takes care of it without having to be asked.
