Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities in accordance with hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing
• Operate laundry equipment and follow proper procedures for sorting, treating stains, and handling delicate items
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on hotel occupancy and guest needs
