Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Housekeeper too join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Candidates should take pride in their work, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent hospitality. Key Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel brand standards. Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities. Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all guest room surfaces. Empty trash and replace liners. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly. Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area. Ensure rooms are fully prepared for arriving guests within required timeframes. Clean hallways, stairwells, and other assigned public areas as needed. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Handle guest property with care and report any lost and found items immediately. Work cooperatively with the housekeeping team, front desk, and maintenance staff. Maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly service to guests when approached. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Schedule Full-time and Part-time positions available. Weekend and holiday availability required. Morning shifts with occasional overtime during busy seasons. Benefits Competitive hourly pay.
