Job Overview Independent Residential Cleaning Contractor NY Cleaning Experts is building a network of experienced independent residential cleaning professionals and small cleaning businesses to provide services to customers throughout New City and surrounding Rockland County communities. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer of employment . Contractors may accept or decline individual cleaning opportunities based on their own availability and service area. There are no guaranteed hours or guaranteed number of cleaning opportunities. How It Works Available residential cleaning opportunities are offered to qualified contractors. You decide which opportunities you want to accept or decline. The location, requested service, and flat-rate contractor payment are provided before you accept an opportunity. Contractors are paid an agreed flat rate per completed cleaning , not an hourly wage. Contractors remain free to provide cleaning services to their own customers and other companies. Cleaning Opportunities May Include Standard residential cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Recurring residential cleaning Optional additional services when included in an accepted cleaning opportunity What We're Looking For We are looking for established independent cleaners and small cleaning businesses that: Have professional residential cleaning experience Can reliably travel to accepted customer locations Provide professional, dependable service Can work independently Have their own cleaning supplies and equipment Have or are willing to obtain appropriate business liability insurance Can provide a completed W-9 and required business/contractor information Service Area Cleaning opportunities are primarily located in New City and surrounding Rockland County, NY communities , including Nanuet, West Nyack, Nyack, Congers, Valley Cottage, Pearl River, and nearby areas. You choose which available cleaning opportunities and locations you are willing to accept. Compensation Contractor compensation is established per cleaning opportunity and disclosed before acceptance. Payment varies based on factors such as property size, cleaning type, and scope of work. The daily compensation range displayed by Indeed is an estimate only. NY Cleaning Experts does not guarantee daily earnings, hours, or a minimum number of cleaning opportunities. Pay:
