Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to dust surfaces, clean floors, and sanitize surfaces effectively Conduct laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep floors pristine Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Assist with outdoor work when required, including patio cleaning or yard tidying Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles preferred; outdoor work experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and janitorial equipment Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks without injury Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Basic cooking skills are desirable for assisting with light household chores beyond cleaning tasks Prior experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Join us in creating clean, healthy homes where clients feel comfortable and cared for!
