Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold high sanitation standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and performing routine maintenance to preserve their appearance Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health regulations, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas Provide friendly customer service by addressing residents' or clients' needs promptly and professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking materials as needed to ensure continuous cleaning operations Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, supporting scheduling and quality control efforts Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment Prior hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely Join us in creating pristine spaces that make a difference every day!
