Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and using specialized equipment for deep cleaning. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely while adhering to proper handling protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Use janitorial tools and cleaning equipment properly to maximize efficiency while maintaining safety standards. Conduct outdoor work when required, including patio or garden area cleaning to ensure all exterior spaces are tidy. Follow strict cleaning and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and promote health safety. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled shifts without compromising quality or attention to detail. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or custodial cleaning roles with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and janitorial procedures is highly desirable. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary. Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Experience in laundry operations and outdoor maintenance is a plus. Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
