Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely while implementing proper janitorial and custodial procedures. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other floor care techniques to ensure cleanliness and safety. Manage outdoor work tasks such as outdoor surface cleaning and light landscaping support when needed. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying supplies, restocking cleaning products, and maintaining equipment functionality. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests while providing friendly customer service. Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, cleaning equipment, and proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting or outdoor work. Prior janitorial or custodial experience demonstrating strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the workday. Experience in housekeeper management or supervising housekeeping staff is a plus but not required.
