Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. Your commitment to providing a welcoming environment will contribute significantly to our guests' overall experience. Duties Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques. Manage dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are handled with care. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management. Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Assist in the organization of laundry areas to ensure efficiency and cleanliness. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or cleaning services. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel or similar environment, is highly desirable. Familiarity with laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes, is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
