Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members. Requirements Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions. Reliable transportation is a requirement. A positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to quality service are essential qualities for success in this role.
