Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high cleanliness standards. Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms. Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation. Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain schedules and prioritize tasks effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
