Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires flexibility to work on weekends and the option to work overtime as needed, supporting the smooth operation of our hotel. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to hotel standards Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as necessary Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a tidy environment Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored properly Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules while maintaining high-quality standards Be available to work on weekends and be flexible for overtime shifts when required Skills Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks efficiently Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime if needed Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies safety guidelines is a plus
