What You'll Be Doing Clean and prepare guests with efficiency and exceptional attention to detail Restock rooms with fresh linens, amenities, and supplies so every guest has exactly what they need Inspect rooms to ensure quality, report maintenance needs, and proactively prevent guest concerns Take ownership of your work and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment Provide friendly, professional interactions that make guests feel welcomed and cared for Maintain a high level of organization and time management to meet daily room assignments Follow all safety, cleanliness, and emergency procedures Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned Requirements (Essential Job Functions) Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language(s) used in the workplace Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift) Ability to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally Ability to reach, bend, stoop, pivot, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness and care, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
