Conduct carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and outdoor work as needed to maintain pristine environments. Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Handle manual lifting of supplies and heavy equipment safely while adhering to proper handling techniques. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory, operate janitorial equipment effectively, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized thoroughly. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience is advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation protocols, and proper use of cleaning equipment is essential. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations or client requests. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina. Experience in residential housekeeping or hospitality environments demonstrates a customer-focused approach.
