Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to hospitality and have experience in housekeeping or custodial services. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet hotel standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with laundry services as needed to maintain the cleanliness of linens and uniforms. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices. Experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred. Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of responsibility. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
