Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times. Adhere to hotel housekeeping management protocols, including record-keeping of cleaning activities and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests professionally and courteously, fostering a welcoming environment. Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles with strong custodial expertise. Skilled in floor cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods. Knowledge of chemical handling procedures and the safe use of cleaning agents in compliance with SDS guidelines. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency during busy periods. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation, hygiene, and overall cleanliness standards.
