Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our environmental services team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial and institutional facilities. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure that environments are not only visually appealing but also safe and healthy for all occupants. MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK.

Schedule Monday through Friday, 4 hr and 6 hr per night positions starting after 5pm. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, lunch rooms, kitchens, hallways, and common spaces, adhering to established standards. Handle chemical agents safely, following proper procedures for mixing, application, and disposal to ensure environmental safety. Carry out floor care activities including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly. Etc. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or institutional settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to different surfaces such as tile, wood, vinyl, and carpet. Familiarity with the use of cleaning chemicals and environmental safety protocols. Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines consistently. Strong work ethic with a focus on quality service delivery in fast-paced environments.
