$18/hr Production Associate - Assembly & Packing Wooster, OH | $18.00/hour | 1st Shift - 7a-3:30p M-F Join a Growing Manufacturing Team in Wooster! Are you looking for a Production Associate job in Wooster, Ohio with a steady schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities to learn new skills? We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with assembly, packaging, material handling, and general production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to start a career in production, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assemble boxes and package finished products for shipment Load and unload parts onto racks for metal finishing processes Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operate material handling equipment (training provided) Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn new processes and grow with the company Schedule & Pay ✅

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM ✅

$18.00 per hour ✅

Hours:
