Housekeeper for Airbnb needed in Lake Oswego La Luce Rossa Nights Vacation Rentals Lake Oswego, OR Job Details Part-time | Contract $50 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Driving Performing background checks Purchasing Google Calendar Mobile devices Full Job Description Looking for a housekeeper who lives preferably in Lake Oswego ONLY (please don't apply if you leave more than 15 minutes away from Lake Oswego - at this time we are not in a big hurry and looking only for local people) to take care of one vacation rental: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2872 sqft house, on three levels, sleeps 12 people, has one washer and one drier. The cleaning has to be done the day of check out, so the house is always available for booking if possible or the latest the second day. The job would be for an independent contractor (on a non-employee basis) individual. Fixed rate $300/ cleaning either there are 4 guests or 12 guests The cleaning time reserved for housekeeper is 10 am - 4 pm and we respect the housekeeper's schedule. We provide all the cleaning supplies, tools necessary and training The ideal candidate must be easy to work with, with great work ethic. Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Located in Lake Oswego. Right now we are looking ONLY for local people who can drive to the house in around 15 minutes to clean and for any unforseen situation our guests might have. Have own reliable transportation. Must be comfortable going up and down the stairs. The house in on three levels: one queen bed + two twins on level 1, two queen beds and one twin on level 2 one queen on level 3 Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Be able to pass a background check. Have a smartphone for texts (no phone calls) and personal email address. Have ability to check the email on a daily basis and answer emails/texts within 24h. Have ability to work with Google calendar.

Responsibilities:

Wash, dry all white cotton same type bed linens/ towels that are the fastest drying we could find on the market, make beds. Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/dining, living areas, back deck, front deck, fronf path way, driveway. Vacuum/mop floors. Clean windows as needed (no ladder necessary). Use house blower to remove pine needles and leaves from decks, concrete pathway and driveway Inform when supplies are low. Take photos/videos of major damaged items, repair any minor issues within ability (ie changing light bulbs, changing batteries, screw in loose screwes etc) Check for power or damage after storms if needed for extra fee. Mail left behind items for extra fee. Refill or exchange propane tank for grill for extra fee Assist with supplies buyong or deliveries for extra fee. Assist with buying new house furnishings if they break down and are essential for guest's comfort, for extra fee.
