Job:

We start at $16.50/hr for the two training weeks, then $17.50/hr moving forward. There is always the potential $1/hr raise after 3 months. Monday through Friday approx. 8 am-5 pm (with occasional cleanings offered on weekends if arranged in advance with the office.) Typically 2-3 cleanings a day. Working in teams or solo cleanings. We pay an extra $2/hr for deep cleans and moveouts . Most staff make an extra $300-$600 in tips per month as well. The PTP driving time is $16/hr. We're an eco-friendly company and ask all staff to arrive scent-free to protect our clients' health, it's part of how we show we care. We require all cleaners to wear disposable gloves and facemasks (when requested by clients that are immunocompromised) for all cleanings for our cleaner's and client's safety.

Summary of Responsibilities:

This is active, physical work. Here's what a typical day involves: Bending Kneeling Lifting up to 30 lbs. Moving light furniture Repetitive movements for vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, scrubbing surfaces, wiping, cleaning inside of ovens and refrigerators, interior windows and blinds, baseboards, toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, etc. Standing and walking Visual attentiveness Residential home cleaning throughout the
