About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Turnover Cleaner to join our team in Medford. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our commercial office spaces and residential rental properties, with a primary emphasis on performing detailed unit turnovers ("turn cleans") between tenants.

Key Responsibilities Unit Turnover & Deep Cleaning:

Perform thorough move-in/move-out cleanings for residential units. Clean appliances (inside/out), scrub kitchens and bathrooms, wash interior windows, clean baseboards, and sanitize all surfaces to prepare units for new residents.

Commercial & Office Cleaning:

Daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting desks/furniture, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying trash/recycling.

Common Area Care:

Maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance in shared community spaces, laundry facilities, and building entryways.

Inventory & Maintenance Reporting:

Monitor and track cleaning product supplies; promptly report physical property repairs, appliance issues, or safety hazards to management.

Local Property Travel:

Travel between local property sites in Medford as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Prior experience in residential housekeeping, apartment turn cleaning, hotel guest room attendant work, or commercial janitorial services preferred.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation for local travel between property sites required.

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, self-directed work ethic, and ability to follow sanitation guidelines.

Location:

Must be able to reliably commute within Medford, OR 97501.
