Housekeeping Lead:

Tuesday (11am-4pm), Thursday & Friday (8am - 4:30pm)

• Direct and maintain all aspects of the housekeeping department and staff
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required
• Housekeeping task assignments and inspecting to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met
• Investigating and addressing complaints. Follow-up with the resolution
• Taking regular inventory of supplies and ordering needed stock
• Screening housekeeping applicants and reviewing performance
• Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages
• Working alongside maintenance team to ensure homes are ready for occupancy
• Hold employees and yourself accountable for work quality and standards
• Form and conduct staff meetings for safety, policies, procedures, issues, changes
• Analyze and forecast department needs for seasonal and off day staffing Starting salary $18.
