Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests. This position is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas while providing excellent service and supporting the overall success of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to hotel standards. Ensure rooms and assigned areas are neat, clean, and properly stocked. Provide friendly and professional service to guests and respond to requests in a timely manner. Follow all housekeeping policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or guest concerns to the appropriate team members. Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other hotel departments to support daily operations. Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing excellent guest service.
