Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces following established protocols Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties including linen changing, folding, and storage to support overall cleanliness standards Use janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning tools effectively to deliver high-quality results Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for staff and guests Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to promote a secure workplace environment Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into welcoming retreats!
