We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable, and professional individuals to join our team and contribute to our reputation for excellence. ​ Position Summary ​The Specialized Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing a comprehensive range of advanced cleaning and sanitization duties across various client properties. This role requires expertise in operating specialized cleaning equipment, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to adhering to strict safety and quality standards. ​ Key Responsibilities ​

General Maintenance:

Perform all basic cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas (offices, restrooms, kitchens, etc.). ​

Sanitization and Disinfection:

Apply company protocols for sanitizing high-touch surfaces using approved chemicals and techniques, with an emphasis on preventing the spread of contaminants. ​

Equipment Management:

Operate and maintain advanced cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, auto-scrubbers, and commercial vacuums; ensure all tools are cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly. ​

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere strictly to WF Advanced Cleaning Services' safety guidelines, including the proper handling, dilution, and storage of cleaning chemicals (following SDS guidelines) and wearing necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). ​

Client Interaction:

Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service, responding to client requests and communicating any site issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly. ​

Inventory & Reporting:

Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, reporting needs to a supervisor. Accurately log completed tasks and hours. ​ Required Qualifications ​

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in commercial or specialized cleaning (e.g., janitorial, deep cleaning, or hospitality maintenance). ​

Technical Knowledge:

Demonstrated knowledge of various cleaning chemicals, supplies, and professional cleaning techniques for different floor types and surfaces. ​

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating heavy equipment. ​

Reliability:

Possesses a reliable form of transportation to travel between client locations. ​

Work Ethic:

Strong attention to detail, a thorough approach to tasks, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ​

Clearances:

Must pass all necessary background checks and clearances.
