Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning assignments. Assist with laundry duties when required, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus, especially in hotel or custodial settings. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
