East Island Reserve Hotel is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Seasonal Housekeeper to join our team in beautiful Middletown, RI for the 2026 summer season. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for guests through high-quality housekeeping and laundry services. Primary Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:00

PM Evening Shift :

11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (2 days per week) Availability, including weekends and holidays, is required during the season. Key Responsibilities ___________________________________________________________________________________ Clean and service guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to a high standard Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and laundry items Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping and laundry areas Report maintenance issues or damages promptly Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests and team members Qualifications ___________________________________________________________________________________ Prior housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods Positive attitude and strong work ethic The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
