Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Execute detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Apply sanitation standards to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations, using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety. Follow established cleaning protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks in both residential and commercial settings. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Ability to perform detailed floor care including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Skilled in sanitation practices to promote hygiene and safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry operations, including handling delicate fabrics and stain removal. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques used in hotels or office buildings is a plus. Knowledge of housekeeper management or supervisory roles is advantageous for leadership opportunities.
