Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential or hospitality spaces, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all areas meet high standards of hygiene and appearance. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold safety and aesthetic standards Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy living or working space Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests for additional amenities or cleaning needs Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking as necessary to ensure continuous availability of cleaning products and tools Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling and training new team members Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Familiarity with housekeeper management practices is a plus Previous experience with carpet cleaning or specialized floor care is desirable Basic understanding of janitorial supplies management and safety protocols Join us in creating clean, welcoming spaces that make a difference every day!
