Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented housekeeping person to join our team at a well established timeshare resort. This position is responsible for helping maintain clean, comfortable, and guest-ready accommodations while providing friendly and professional service to our guests and housekeeping team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are important.

Responsibilities include:

Clean and prepare 2, 3, and 4 bedroom townhome units for guest arrivals Perform routine and deep cleaning duties according to property standards Operate commercial washer and dryer Sort, fold, and organize linens to property standards Inspect completed units to ensure they meet cleaniness and quality standards Deliver clean linens and supplies to units and housekeeping staff Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner Report maintenance issues, damages, or other concerns found during unit inspections Assist with other housekeeping duties and assignments as directed by the Team Leader or Management What we're looking for: Reliable and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and courteous attitude toward guests and coworkers Ability to follow established cleaning and safety procedures Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred Valid drivers license required Ability to work weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Employment Requirements:
